Re: How are you feeling today?
Hello Julie,
I can really understand that.
Try not to get stressed today.
Take some time out to pamper yourself. Give yourself a manicure, a face pack, have a bubble bath. Maybe watch a funny dvd. Whatever will make you feel good.
Try and get some sleep tonight.
Remember that if you feel uncomfortable at any point tomorrow. It's in your control so you have nothing to feel worried about.

Re: How are you feeling today?
i went to the doctors today for a new patient health check thing...everything is good apart from this stupid cough...she just said to rest (no college this week if im still feeling this rough when i have to go in) keep fluids up and paracetamol...
im really proud of myself because when she asked me what my diet is like i told her the truth about everything. and she is going to talk to the doctor that im now registered to (who is luckily female) about getting me to see the cousellor and just getting into their system even if i dont feel i need help atm. she was really nice and said she was really grateful i was honest etc it feels good to know that someone knows down here now kinda feel safer

Hello Julie,
I'm glad to hear that volunteering is helping.
I'm sorry to hear that you are being messed around. I think it's a good idea to ring them and maybe speak to your cm about putting more support in place for times like this.

Hello Patch,
I'm glad to hear you are feeling better. The colds going around at the moment seem to linger for quite a while.
Try and do something nice for yourself after you've done your work today. :)

Well done on the shop.
Treat yourself with some pampering. You've earned it.

Re: How are you feeling today?
Hello Patch,
I'm sorry to hear that.
Try and rest as much as possibly and try and keep you arm comfortable. Lots of pillows.
Ring your doctors surgery or NHS Direct if the pain is getting too much as they will be able to offer some ways to lessen the pain. A heat pad or cold pad could really help.

I'm really sorry to hear that Julie.
Do you have anyone with you? If you can get some support around you today as it sounds like you really need people with you.
Try and be kind to yourself and if possible do something to take your mind off it and distract you.

Re: How are you feeling today?
Hello Patch,
I replied to this yesterday, not sure what happened to that so I apologise if this is the second reply you have read.
Try and keep up a regular eating routine Patch. It's not good to barely eat wether it's ed related or not. I know it's difficult when you don't have any interest in eating to motivate yourself. Also sometimes we think we feel okay but loss of appetite or controlling food is the first sign that we aren't really okay.
I'm glad to hear that your arm is getting better and that you are looking forward to going home.
