they have doubled my dose of anti-psycotics on a nite time they think it will help with the voices & also help me sleep, god i hope so, hope u r ok, lol xxxx

i spent the day with a mate, dunno why i dont feel like im on this planet just feel like im floating along.
almost crashed my car today just cos i dont know what else to do anymore and dont want to see the next day tbh

sams will just tell me to go to hospital. i dont want to waste the hospitals time.
im watching pursuit of happyness i might go shopping just so im not alone but i dont know. im meant to fly out to france tomorrow morning. im dreading it. i'll no internet or any means of contacting anyone back home. i can tell my heads just going to get lower and lower. i dont know how to stop it anymore. i dont think i can

The samaritans will tell you to go to hospital if you are in immediate danger yes but apart from that they will listen and they wont judge.

You don't have to ring. You could just email them.

If you don't feel up to going tomorrow please talk to someone.

It's very important when you are feeling so vulnerable that you get help from someone that is able to provide you with real support and help.

i have 24/7 support off the cais team they r coming again 2moro, am off 2 a friends 2day but dont really want 2 leave my room, hey i guess all the xmas spirt will be over soon, thank god. hope u r ok, lol xxxxx

the trip was ok
christmas was good new year wasnt so great i got punch and it wrecked my shoulder again.other than that it was good
back down in devon now my eating it all over the place andd im struggling to find a job and just yer. got a counselling assessment tomorrow which im dreading and i really dont want to go i havent spoken in that setting for ages now and i feel like i wont be able to anymore i dont think i can hack going through it all again, learning to trust someone new etc

I'm glad your trip was okay and that Christmas was good.

I'm sorry to hear that New Year wasn't so great.

I can understand how you are feeling about starting all over Patch but I really hope you go to your assessment. You've had a really tough couple of years and with little or no support.

Things can be turned around though Patch. Maybe this counseling will help start you on the path to things getting better.

If you feel you might struggle to open up tomorrow do you think you could write down how you are feeling now and take that with you tomorrow? If you don't feel you could do that perhaps you could print off some posts from the forum and take those with you.

Do you want to say what happened Patch?

I don't believe you can do it alone Patch or more to the point I don't believe you should. Recovery is hard and more often than not it's just the first step towards healing any pain that you are using food to deal with.

It's a long process Patch and having help and support really does make a difference.

Don't give up! It's hard but it's so worth it.

we talked i told him about stuff. i told him i'd thought about od'ing he asked why i hadnt done it why do people always ask that question why didnt you do it? its like they think you should have done it it annoys me so much.
i know recovery is hard but tbh i just cant be arsed with the whole process again. i can just live with it tbh..its been like 5 and a half years since this all started it'll be alright in the end i never dropped to a dangerously low weight so its fine i'll just be one of the many people who skip under the NHS radar. i dont mind
